- The daily opening time at heritage site: from 06h30 to 17h30 (summer) and 7h00 to 17h00 (winter)
- The daily time of ticket selling at other attractions: from 07:30 to 17.00

Regulation in visiting Hue Heritage site
- Buy Hue entrance ticket, queue in order, and hold tickets in hands for the convenience of checking
- Wear polite costumes; no hats in entering the interior of the palaces; keep silent in the interior of the palaces as well as the solemn places.
- No filming and photo-taking in the interior of the palaces. Flycam is prohibited without the permission of the authority.
- Flower picking, twig breaking, bird hunting, fish catching, and drawing on the heritage are prohibited. No lying, sitting or touching the exhibits are allowed.
- Keep the surroundings clean, respect the security and the law of “fire prevention and treatment”.
- Smoking is not allowed in restricted areas. Thurify in the interior of the palaces must follow the guidance of the security staff.

How to get to Hue from Hoi An and Danang?
Most visitors arriving in Hue will either be heading north to Phu Bai, Hue airport (from Hanoi), or the south (from Hoi An or Danang). Alternatively, if Hue is your first destination you are likely to be arriving from Danang, the closest international airport to Hue city. From Da Nang airport, you can take a private car transfer which will cost around 55-65 USD.
