With luggage: tell us how many cabin bags and large suitcases you have. A group of 3 with bulky luggage may be more comfortable in the next category.

A flexible option for families, longer journeys and travellers who prefer more room for luggage. Choose this category for extra space for your family and luggage.

With luggage: we recommend up to 4 guests to allow space for bags. If all 4 guests bring large suitcases, or you also have a stroller, send the details so we can confirm the fit or recommend a van.
Recommended for 4–12 guests
Travel together in one vehicle on group transfers and day trips. A van is also worth considering for a smaller group carrying more luggage.
With luggage: the right arrangement depends on the number of passengers and the size of the bags. For a group of 10–12, please send the full luggage list before booking.
Let us know about large suitcases, folded strollers, wheelchairs or other bulky items so we can confirm suitable space.

You will usually be travelling with all your bags. Include the number of large suitcases, cabin-size cases and backpacks in your enquiry. For example, 3 guests with 3 large suitcases should ask us to check an SUV; 4 guests with 4 large suitcases should ask us to check a van.
These are examples for planning. Final luggage capacity depends on the assigned vehicle and the actual bag sizes.
If your suitcases stay at the hotel, choose by your group size and the day bags you will bring. Four guests with small day bags can consider an SUV. If your sightseeing trip ends at a different hotel, tell us about the suitcases travelling with you.
A baby seat occupies a passenger seat. Include the child in your passenger count and let us know if you are also bringing a stroller.
Travelling with a young child? A baby seat is available only for trips in Hue, with advance request and availability confirmation.
