Bach Ma National Park is an option if you want forest scenery and walking rather than a beach break. Reaching the park entrance is not the same as reaching its mountain trails, so do not treat it as a quick extra stop on a transfer.
Plan a separate outing around your walking ability, weather and the park’s current access arrangements. For an easy coastal day, the beach, lagoon and a suitable pass viewpoint are a more manageable combination.
Enjoy Seafood Without Guessing the Bill
Oysters are closely associated with Lap An’s aquaculture. Ask what is available that day: grilled oysters with spring onion oil, steamed seafood or a simple fish dish can be options, depending on the restaurant. You can also choose a drink and a light meal rather than a large seafood feast.
