Preparation
Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable
Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.
Your taxi driver will be waiting for you immediately outside of the arrivals hall, holding up a sign with your name on. If for any reason you can’t find him, just call us on the hotline number shown at the top of the page, and we’ll help you to locate him.
When you book, please make sure you give us your mobile phone number, Whatsaap or viber account and that it is on and working, so we can call you if the driver can’t find you!
No problem, our driver will wait, as long as it takes, and we WON’T charge you a waiting fee for any delay up to five hours, unlike other taxi services. If you’re arriving at the airport, please make sure we have your flight number, so we can track the progress of your flight and notify your driver of any long delays. If your flight is delayed, or you miss it, please get in touch to let us know.
