Arrange the right cruise drop-off
For a cruise transfer, send the cruise name, port, check-in address and required check-in time. Tuan Chau and Ha Long International Cruise Port are different destinations, so your booking must identify the correct meeting point. We agree on the departure time around your cruise instructions and the time needed for the drive, rather than using one departure time for every sailing.
For a hotel transfer, send the full address in Bai Chay or your chosen Ha Long area. Addresses beyond the confirmed service area and extra stops need to be agreed in advance. You can request a short toilet or refreshment break on the way.

Choose a vehicle for your group and luggage
Choose a Sedan for up to 3 passengers, an SUV for up to 4, or a Van for up to 12. Please send the number and size of your suitcases, especially if you have large bags, a stroller or other bulky items. Passenger numbers alone do not confirm that all luggage will fit. Waiting and no-show: We wait 45–60 minutes from the confirmed pick-up time and try to contact you using the details in your booking. If you do not arrive, do not reply and cannot be reached during this period, the booking will be recorded as a no-show.
