Waiting and no-show: We wait 45–60 minutes from the confirmed pick-up time and try to contact you using the details in your booking. If you do not arrive, do not reply and cannot be reached during this period, the booking will be recorded as a no-show. Please contact us if you are delayed so we can confirm the arrangements with you.
