1. Da Nang Airport transfer to hotel
How to meet our driver? We have Meet & Greet Services, you will see our driver dwith a welcome sign at arrive hall
- In Da Nang International Terminal 2: You see driver stand near this area (Schedule board) or you also stand near Star Coffee (right side of exit gate)
- Da Nang Domestic Terminal 1: We wait for you at gate A4 with a welcome sign (near Highland Coffee shop)
Domestic Terminal – Arrival Hall
- Please provide your flight number on the booking form for tracking on FlightAware. Kindly update us if your flight number changes.
- Arriving late due to a missed flight (or flight change) or arriving early without notifying us will be considered a no-show, with no refunds.
- Upon reaching the gate, find our driver before buying a Vietnam SIM card or exchanging money. Inform our team if necessary. Our driver waits for 1 hour after the landing time. Contact our hotline (+84.934.899.900) if you need us to wait longer. After this period, the booking will be considered a no-show by the customer.
2. Da Nang Airport drop-off
- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Distance from Bana Hills parking to Da Nang airport is about 25 km and it takes us 45-60 mins to drive, so we should start before 3 hours, in case the traffic is not good and avoid the rush time. Distance from other hotel in My Khe Beach or Ngu Hanh Son District, it is 20 mins. Let contact with our team, then we arrange car pick you up
